Abstract

The study examined the role of diversity in multinational organizations and its impact on performance through a case study of Zain Telecommunications Company. The study aimed to determine the relationship between diversity management, work style and performance, and to show the impact of diversity management evaluation on performance development, and then to know the impact of the failure to apply diversity management methods on performance development. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and the statistical approach. One of the most important results of the study is that the concept of diversity focuses on knowing the differences and subjective differences in gender, social and economic status and capabilities. Functional diversity affects solving problems that arise from different points of view within a single work team. Overcoming the difficulties of diversity in human resources contributes to creating a competitive advantage for the organization
