Abstract

The study examined the impact of electronic management on the quality of services through a case study of Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets in Saudi Arabia. The study aimed to highlight the impact of electronic planning on service quality, clarify the relationship between electronic organization and service quality, identify the impact of electronic directing on service quality, and reveal the role of electronic control in improving service quality. The study followed the descriptive-analytical, historical, and deductive approaches. The results showed that the use of electronic planning methods contributed to the development of the quality of services provided, and the management's possession of a distinct vision to benefit from technological development was positively reflected in service quality. The study also indicated that the application of electronic control contributes to achieving accuracy and speed in performance
