Abstract

This study attempted to identify the extent of commercial banks' commitment to the Sharia controls of Islamic banking in providing their banking services and products, by analyzing the reality of Islamic banking practices. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach in his field study, where a questionnaire was distributed to employees working at the North Africa Bank, Bani Walid branch, and the Jumhouria Bank, Tininai branch. The study reached several results, most notably that there is a high level of commitment by commercial banks to Sharia controls, and there is also a high level of customer satisfaction with the services provided, despite some challenges facing Islamic banking work in these branches
