As an Open Access journal, BJEPS does not charge readers or institutions for access. To sustain our operations, the following Article Processing Charges (APC) apply upon acceptance:

  • Authors within Libya: 400 LYD.

  • International Authors: 100 USD.

Why do we charge fees? These fees are essential for maintaining a high-quality publishing standard. They cover the costs of Peer Review Management, Technical Production (typesetting and layout), Turnitin Plagiarism Checks, Website Hosting, and Permanent Digital Archiving. By charging a one-time fee, we ensure that your research is freely available to the global academic community without barriers.
